Which networks can I send to?+
Every major mobile network in Ghana: MTN, Telecel, AT (formerly AirtelTigo) and Glo.
What is a sender ID and how long does approval take?+
It is the name your messages come from, such as MYSHOP. You request it from your dashboard or the API, and we review it with the networks. Review usually takes a few working days.
How am I charged?+
You top up a prepaid wallet in cedis. Each message is charged per segment when you send it, and messages that fail before reaching the network are refunded automatically.
Can I test without sending real messages?+
Yes. Test API keys behave like the live API, but nothing is sent and nothing is charged.
How do I know a message was delivered?+
Each message has a status you can fetch at any time, and you can receive signed webhooks the moment it is sent, delivered or fails.
